About Me

I am an aspiring IT professional with a strong background in system administration, remote desktop support, and software development. I have experience troubleshooting Windows-based systems' hardware and software, managing licensed users, and building and servicing computers and laptops. My problem-solving skills extend beyond IT support—I also have a passion for C# programming, building .NET applications, and automating tasks using PowerShell. Whether it's resolving technical issues, optimizing system performance, or developing efficient software solutions, I enjoy tackling challenges and continuously expanding my technical expertise.
